Bell peppers storage conditions
Unlike some products such as export potatoes or onions, sweet pepper is very sensitive and loses its quality quickly.
Bell peppers cannot be stored below 5 degrees, the best temperature for keeping bell peppers is between 6 and 10 degrees, and the relative humidity should be around 90%.

Bell peppers can be kept in a very high quality refrigerator for a month, that’s why we suggest that you prepare bell peppers completely fresh, considering the possibility of stopping the route at customs and transportation.

6- At this stage, the products should be transferred from the sorting to the cold storage hall, which are next to each other
7- After palletizing, the products are loaded into refrigerated trucks to reach the destination
